At Cozy Glow Bundles, every bundle is thoughtfully curated & carefully packaged with love and attention. Due to the nature of self-care and personal care products, all sales are final.

Exchanges

Because mystery & themed boxes are a curated experience, individual items cannot be exchanged or substituted unless an item is damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo(s) of the issue so we can address the concern.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase & as long as it has not been packaged or shipped.
